I am a teacher with about 10 years of experience teaching children and adults. Although I have mainly taught English, I am comfortable tutoring subjects such as history, consumer studies, ancient Greek, Latin, Classics (ancient Greek and Latin art, architecture, drama, literature and philosophy) as well as African archaeology and anthropology. I graduated summa cum laude in classics and anthropology at The University of KwaZulu Natal, having complete ancient Greek and Latin as well. I received numerous awards and membership to the Golden Key International Honours Society. I further did my honours in classics and am currently doing a masters in ancient and modern languages and cultures at the University of Pretoria. In high school I excelled at English, History, Consumer studies and mathematical literacy and often tutored these subjects and so I can confidently tutor all the subjects listed above.

Hello! I am an undergraduate student at Brown University and I have an associates degree from Bard College. I have been a writing center tutor for two years, I have tutored Latin for four years, and I have been the Teacher's Assistant in a college level Ancient Greek class. I feel passionate about the potential that tutoring can bring out in an individual, and look forward to getting to know all my tutees!
