I've always been intrigued by the beautiful sound of a piano. In 2018 I embarked on the journey of learning to read music. I could not have asked for a better teacher! With the 2020 pandemic thrown in our path, I was working extra hours in the front line which meant less time/energy to practice my lessons. Malika was extremely patient and always accommodating to fit my schedule. Online lessons made it very easy and accessable. Learning to read music can be quite overwhelming.. but Malika always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She's passionate and is an excellent teacher who I'd strongly recommend.. especially if you have no idea what you're doing ;)

Her manner of teaching is so wonderful and refreshing!! She’s warm, patient and supportive, but really knows how to motivate her students. She’s great at building confidence and keeping lessons fun and engaging. Ms Omar exhibits expertise in her field and has indepth knowledge of her subject.
