My Tutoring Method:

I align my teaching techniques with the child's ability.
I conduct an informal assessment of the child's current level of understanding and will give feedback to the parents after the first lesson.

Thereafter, I will plan the materials or request the parents to buy certain resources that I will suggest to them.

For Math, I have my own teaching resources such as cubes, counters, and flashcards, which I use based on the suitability of the child's needs. Often, I also provide worksheets that offer a higher level of cognitive skills to guide the child in acquiring more skills that will help them in English and/or Math.
