I will look at past exams my students have taken and observe the student as he attempts questions to first identify my students' weaknesses and strengths.

Then, I will create a plan to help my students achieve their goals. I will regularly provide feedback and assistance when needed. I also strongly encourage independent learning once the student has understood the material, as it allows students to comprehend problems in their own unique way. 続きを読む
