When tutoring students, I seek first to understand the students' perspective and how they approach the subject. I find it important to establish good rapport and effective communication with students in order to comprehend their views on the subject matter and the challenges they face. By identifying their weaknesses, working individually with them becomes more effective in helping them develop a new learning curve.
