Q: What is your approach to teaching organic chemistry, and how do you make the subject engaging and accessible for students?

Ground rule- using molecular model box Connecting with the good understanding of covalent bonding Prior to the lesson Quality time on introducing types of formula with models Encouraging to name every organic molecule Creating an engaging environment to name the molecules in the class. Every session put a starter question /s to solve regarding a reaction or preparation of a compound or drawing a structure of a molecule or a mechanism In mechanisms, using animations is a must.

Q: How do you help students prepare for chemistry competitions, college applications, or other academic opportunities in chemistry?

Formative assessments and summative assessments will be done with time management by acceding to websites to download papers( or giving the links to students) Encourage them to prepare their cN and writing recommendation letters to university, organise visits to universities to research laborataries to encourage students with experiments and plan lectures with university staff and organise currier guidance fairs.
