Intellectual preparation involves anticipating student misconceptions and planning strategies to address them, ensuring the lesson is accessible and effective for all learners. By combining various assessment methods such as Diagnostic assessments to help identify prior knowledge, Formative assessments which provides ongoing feedback and Summative assessments evaluate students mastery of content and overall achievement.

Yes, I provide regular homework to students who have extra time or who would like to recieve homework assignments. Feedback on student homework is sent the day after submission.

I make use of various online platforms & my own online courses and resources.

Yes. I have an open door policy which means there is open communication via email and students may reach out with any questions they may have.

Third, providing regular and constructive feedback, focusing on effort and progress rather than solely on grades, can boost student motivation and self-efficacy.
