My name is Grant, and I’m a certified Muay Thai coach and former national-level fighter with over 10 years of experience in martial arts. I’ve represented South Africa internationally, competed at the highest level, and now share my passion by helping others discover the benefits of Muay Thai for fitness, confidence, and self-defense.

My journey started with weight training and general fitness before I transitioned into Muay Thai. I was hooked by its intensity, discipline, and the mental strength it builds. After years of fighting, I moved into full-time coaching and have trained students of all levels—from complete beginners to competitive athletes. I’m currently based in Thailand, where I teach health and science by day and coach Muay Thai in the evenings.

My sessions focus on technique, conditioning, and mindset. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, improve your striking, or just learn something new, I adapt each session to suit your pace and ability. You’ll develop power, balance, speed, and endurance, while also learning authentic Muay Thai traditions and strategy.

What sets me apart is my ability to break down complex techniques into simple, effective movements. I create a motivating and safe environment where students can push themselves, learn fast, and enjoy the process. I also understand how intimidating martial arts can seem at first—that’s why I prioritize respect, patience, and steady progression.

Training with me can be done online or in-person depending on your location. Sessions include:
- Pad work
- Footwork and balance drills
- Shadow boxing and conditioning
- Technique breakdowns (kicks, punches, elbows, knees)
- Defensive skills and fight IQ
- Strength and mobility training
