My name is Hugo, and I'm a CELTA-certified English teacher in France. I primarily teach conversational and general English, aiming to help students speak more naturally, fluently, and confidently. What sets me apart is my teaching style. I know many people find English classes stressful, too academic, or full of difficult-to-understand rules. My goal is to make learning simpler, more relaxed, and above all, more enjoyable. I want my students to feel comfortable speaking, making mistakes, and progressing naturally.
My lessons are tailored to each individual. Some students want to improve their conversational skills for travel, work, or watching movies and TV shows in English. Others simply want to gain confidence when speaking. I always try to build lessons around the student's interests and goals to make the classes more engaging and practical for real life. I like to use natural discussions, everyday topics, videos, real-life situations, and interactive conversations to help my students practice authentic English.
