Q: What age range of students do you usually work with?

Students from age 18+ Years

Q: How do you approach lesson planning and preparation?

I do a master plan and preparation for the topics I am able to cover while I curate a lesson plan based on the student I will tutor.

Q: How do you measure progress and assess learning outcomes for your students?

Progress is assessed based on the confidence of my student in their work as well as the technical aspect of their plates.

Q: Do you provide regular homework and assignments, and how do you review and provide feedback on student work?

I provide homeworks with the intention in aiding my students to understand more the concept of preparation and understanding especially in this field of study.

Q: What technology or resources do you use to enhance your lessons, particularly for online sessions?

Mostly via MS Teams to have recorded sessions for my students that they can look back to when they want to review lessons on their own pace and time.

Q: Do you provide any additional support outside of scheduled lesson times, such as answering questions via email or phone?

Yes, outside the professional relationship as tutor-student, anything related with what we are going to discuss about can be talked about via email or phone as long as it is within reasonable hours from 10am to 5pm.

Q: Do you have any specific strategies for motivating students who may be struggling or disengaged with the subject material?

Multiple. Weekly progress checks, visual trackers to see how far they've come, how much more do they need. When students are disengaged in the material, i remind them I am here for what they want to be taught about. Earn your money's worth of information, acknowledge the problem, then i will lead them firmly going back to the interest of topic reminding the "why" on choosing this field of study.
