Hello, my name is Mike. I have been an English Teacher here in Hong Kong and in mainland China for 2 years. I have taught a range of grades from kindergarten to high school. TEFL qualified of course.

I have an interest creating my own learning materials to be used for publications. So, expect a range interesting worksheet actives.

Although I'm mostly experienced with primary to high school students, I happy to teacher older students, such those wanting to prepare for IELTS.

My first lesson be just be an assessment test, so I can find out what core areas need focusing upon. For those with more capable English, this can just a be a discussion, such those looking to passing their IELTS.

I teach through stories for kids, high school students with history or media, and adults with a discourse on clear rules of the language.

My first Lesson will be an assessment: a worksheet-based test or just a discussion depending on age and ability. Based on this, I will advise what core areas should be focused upon.

Generally, my lessons consist of 3 parts, A story/discourse, worksheet activity and a review of the worksheet. However, I may vary the actives to keep it interesting. 続きを読む
