I am a PhD candidate in humanities at York University, and have taught English, social sciences, academic writing, public speaking, and drama for over twenty years to hundreds of students between the ages of 15-65. I can help with all aspects of academic research and writing, as well as presentation and public speaking skills.

While working as a Writing Instructor for two years at York`s Writing Centre, I assisted individual students with interpreting assignments, organizing research notes, getting started at writing, proper documentation styles, and editing their own work. I also taught several group workshops and lectured to large undergraduate classrooms on the fundamentals and processes of academic essay writing, and avoiding plagiarism.

Under my tutelage, students have gone from earning D grades to earning A grades in humanities subjects. After years of marking papers as a Course Director and as a Teaching Assistant, I know exactly what professors are looking for when evaluating papers and exams.

I am also a DJ, musician, and entrepreneur. I am located in West Toronto, but willing to travel to libraries or universities along the TTC line. 続きを読む
