As a Chinese who was educated under the International system in Hong Kong, I understand the pros and cons of both Asian and Western teaching methods. I see the value of studying to achieve good grades - however, my own teaching philosophy revolves around understanding concepts. I encourage my students to make mistakes so that they can learn from them, rather than blindly saying "I don't know". You need to want to learn in order for us to succeed together. 続きを読む
