My name is Shafaq Umar. This year marks my 20th year in teaching. I am currently residing and working in Thailand as a Project Based Learning Consultant. I don't believe in cookie-cutter formats for the learners. I truly believe in 'tailored instruction' in alignment with individual learning needs. Leadership, empathy, and communication are some of the other 21st-century skills that I like to foster in my learners to produce global-minded learners.
