My teaching methodology is rooted in patience and student-led discovery. I believe that true learning happens when students are given the space to wrestle with a problem on their own before I step in, as this builds resilience and critical thinking. Rather than immediately providing answers, I encourage them to try, make mistakes, and reflect. When they do need support, I tailor my instruction to address their specific struggles first, turning weaknesses into learning opportunities. Read less
