I teach English in Kowloon during the summer. I believe it is crucial to develop a foundation in English as it is beneficial for personal growth and professional work. Currently, I am studying at Lancaster University in the UK, and in the past, I studied at Good Hope School for primary and secondary education. What sets me apart from others is my emphasis on 2-way communication during tutoring and my understanding of teaching content.

As an international English language and Mathematics teacher, I've worked in 31 countries on 3 continents, over a period of 25 years. I've taught some of the richest and some of the poorest children and young adults in these countries. I'm a multi-culture person with roots in few European countries and South Africa. Presently I run a pre and primary school in Zambia, Africa, where I teach all subjects to junior high-school level - following the Cambridge or Abeka curriculum.

I am currently a Year 1 medical student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I graduated with an International Baccalaureate bilingual diploma from St Paul's Co-educational College, having earned Level 7s in Biology HL, Chemistry HL, Mathematics AA SL, and History SL, with an overall score of 43/45. I have consistently been predicted a Level 7 in English A Literature throughout the DP program and scored an overall 8.5 in the academic IELTS with 9.0s in Reading and Writing. I am a passionate tutor with patience and experience. Previously, I tutored students from St. Mary's Canossian College, PLK CKY, DGS, and SPCC.

Hey there, my name is Rohan and I'm here to help you learn English in the most simple and effective way. I have an individual approach to each student, taking into account your needs. I can teach you English be it for work, travel, job interview, business, basic communication with other people or preparation for Exams like IELTS, TOEFL, FCE etc. Mini group lessons of 2 to 3 people is also possible. Although, speaking practice is the most important part of learning a new language but we'll also work on reading, listening and of course grammar to understand the language better.
