I am a student who is still studying final year of Civil Engineering at Kasem Bundit University of International program. And I also studied my high school and college at the international level. So, I am fluent in English and I had the experience teaching English as a volunteer teacher when I was in my country.

I have completed a 120-hour TEFL in-class program from Chiang Mai University (Thailand) where I graduated as a TEFL teacher. About me: During the CMU TEFL course, I studied and had roles in three different local school visits at various age levels. I gained experience in creating lesson plans, managing classrooms, providing general teaching input, developing instructional lesson plans for students of different ages, organizing educational activities, incorporating fun elements, participating in role plays, and leading various games. I have taught at the following schools: - Sakaeo, Wangnamyen Mitsampan Wittaya School Grades M 5/6 (Feb – Nov 2020) - Anuban Trat School grade levels M/3 P. 5, P.6 (Dec 2020 - May 2021) - I have also worked at Assumption College in Ubonratchathani province (East of Thailand) since June - November 2021. During this time, I taught as a Homeroom teacher for students aged 07 - 15 years old, focusing on M-3, P1.5/3,2, M/2 levels. My teaching covered subjects such as Basic English, Listening Speaking, Science, and Health. I am continuing to provide lectures at the school. - Currently, I am teaching in a private school in the west of Bangkok from Monday to Friday.

I have been working in the teaching field for five years. After graduating with my bachelor's degree in early education in 2016, I briefly became a substitute teacher for an elementary school. I loved working with the kids and assisting in the learning process, but I didn't feel like I was making enough of a difference as a substitute teacher. I ended up becoming a tutor instead, so I could have more one-on-one interaction with students. I much prefer this type of environment because I get to watch them grow and learn over time. I have been working as a tutor ever since.

Hello everyone! My name is Shane Timothy O'Neill, and I'm a native English speaker from Ireland currently residing in Saphan Kwai, Bangkok. I'm an extroverted person who loves to meet new people and experience new cultures. This is why I moved to Thailand initially and why I am passionate about helping locals improve their English.
