My experience with young people began at 16, as a volunteer at a children's summer camp, and grew into mentoring a group of 40 boys aged 12–13 in an international youth program—weekly calls, daily check-ins, and genuine involvement with each one. What I've learned from all of this is that the biggest barrier to learning isn't the difficulty of the subject—it's the belief that studying has to be boring. My job is to break that. I explain material through examples that actually make sense to the student, move at their pace, and find exactly where they get stuck. I'm currently tutoring my younger sister in math online—and yes, that's what inspired me to take this seriously.
