Dr. Salomeh Tabatabaei studied various field such as applied physics, metallurgy, mechanical engineering and received PhD in materials science and nanoengineering. She is currently a pre-med student. She has worked in various industries such as oil and gas, nanotechnology initiative institute, and international standard office, and has teaching experience in various colleges and universities in Iran and United state. She organized workshops to educate teachers and students about the cut-edge technology. With the advancement of technology, she believes education is not only providing education, but also an opportunity to prepare an individual for a happy life and successful career. In her eyes, you spend around eight hours every day in your job and your colleagues are like your second family. So it is very important what job you take and what you do. It is almost connected to your identity and the life mission. So it is worth the effort. Education is one of the resources in today's volatile economy that one can use to be prepared for your future life. I am a year 3 medical student studying at HKU and I am currently spending my enrichment year abroad to complete a Masters degree at the University of Liverpool. I completed my A-Level studies in Cardiff Sixth Form College, and prior to that I studied in Diocesan Girls’ Junior School and Diocesan Girls’ School. In AS Levels, I have obtained A grade in physics, chemistry, biology and maths, with an average ums of 95/100. My grades for my A-Level exams are 5A*s (including chinese). I have also completed my IELTS examination with an overall score of 8.5. Having had experiences of tutoring pre-school, primary and secondary school students, I understand that the essence of learning is understanding but not memorisation. I would be able to provide sufficient help and aid your child to strive for excellent results. Since I am located in the UK, classes will be conducted via zoom.
