In science, we explore various aspects of our health. This knowledge is valuable for students as it educates them about maintaining good physical fitness and consuming nutritious food that provides the necessary vitamins and nutrients for proper bodily function. To make learning engaging, I incorporate activities and facilitate discussions to understand each student's thought process and what they find meaningful. Their understanding is my top priority.
