I am a qualified teacher and assessor from the North-East of England. As a mum of 3, I know how important education is and believe that having fun and building rapports are equally important to build engagement with my students. My teaching methods are creative and innovative to ensure all learning styles and preferences are met, as this ensures maximum results. I enjoy building on interests, hobbies, and life situations to enhance student learning. I have a range of teaching experience and I'm actually a published writer too. I prefer to take a student-led approach to learn. I often find out about the different hobbies or interests of my students, so that we can build and grow a deeper understanding of different subjects in relation to this. If they can apply the learned concepts to everyday life, they can apply them anywhere. I use differentiation and ensure that my learners interact, as every student matters. I am honest with my feedback, but I also use encouragement help to instil confidence and self-esteem. Read less
