I engage students in the learning process while encouraging oral communication. I introduce concepts in small parts and provide relevant examples. Not only do I love to teach, but I also like to have fun with my students. For my younger students, I use TPR, various props, and rewarding systems in the classroom. For my older students, I use themes that the students have an interest in to help them connect with the text and stay motivated and interested in the class. I teach ESL, essay writing, grammar and reading fluency/comprehension, and phonics. My job is to make learning a memorable and enjoyable experience for students.
