The most important factor of teaching to me is maintaining a good learning environment for your child. To achieve this I need to learn about a child and how they function, what they enjoy and how they learn. What is their primary mode of learning? Visual, Auditory, kinesthetic or writing/reading. What are their strengths and what are their weaknesses? Are they easily encouraged or easily demotivated?
Based on these observations, I later plan lessons according to the student's individual needs. Read less
