I live in Bethnal Green and can teach maths and science at all grades up to A-level.

I'm a PhD student in physics who has just returned from studying in Japan. My enthusiasm for science and mathematics has taken me all over the world and it's something I try to pass on to my students. A large part of learning any subject is feeling confident enough to teach it to others, and it's an approach I've followed throughout my academic career.

I run a Youtube channel, STEMcell, for which I produce fun, educational videos. I'm always challenging myself to create engaging content and present difficult ideas in new and relatable ways. The videos I create are an extension of the outreach work I did in Japan, including judging at local science competitions and presenting at university open days. I also have experience teaching introductory mathematics to begin PhD students. Read less
