My methodology is to keep students aware. Most students know that they have to go to school but don't exactly know what for. For example, knowing what a student wants to study will inform us about the levels we have to perform to. As such, we already have limits to push from the get-go. When students are aware, they are more inclined to go after their desires. Read less
