Greetings! I am Teacher Kate, a 20-year-old from the Philippines. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education - Major in English. I have been teaching since I was 17 years old, starting as a private tutor for a preschool student. Now, I am teaching English as a Second Language in a Chinese company. Teaching English to students is a fascinating job for me because I want my students to communicate comfortably and comprehensively.

I possess various skills that contribute to enhancing fluency and understanding in the English language. I have 1 year of experience teaching students face-to-face and in an online setup. I have been able to effectively tailor my teaching to their individual needs, particularly when they are in the process of learning English as a Second Language. I obtained my TEFL Certification in July 2024 and have been successfully applying the knowledge and techniques gained from the training and lectures that I completed. This has significantly enhanced my skills as an educator specializing in the English subject.
