Hi! I’m Jezel, but you can call me Jezz. I’m a Licensed Professional English Teacher from the Philippines with over three years of experience teaching English to Japanese students, from kids to adults. I’ve also taught English to high school students face-to-face in a public school, which helped me develop effective strategies tailored to different learning styles, such as using interactive activities, real-life scenarios, and personalized feedback to ensure students understand and retain what they learn.

I hold a TEFL certificate, and in 2023, I took the IELTS, earning a band score of 7. My teaching approach is designed to keep every English lesson engaging, interactive, and enjoyable by incorporating a mix of games, discussions, and practical exercises. I believe that learning English should be meaningful, building confidence and motivation in students to use the language in real-life situations.

In my free time, I enjoy journaling, vlogging, singing Disney songs, and reading devotional books. Teaching English is more than a profession for me—it’s a way to help students grow, achieve their goals, and feel empowered in their communication skills.
