Teaching should be fun, the reason why most students hate school is because of the learning environment or a teacher. As a tutor/ teacher you're working with people so people's skills are a must. I approach teaching with a smile and that makes my students very comfortable at the same time I still make the rules because it's very important to also have rules and values. I make learning fun by playing quizzes and using flashcards. Read less
