I am a dedicated and experienced tutor specializing in Phonics and Mathematics for kindergarten and primary school students, teaching exclusively online. With over 15 years of tutoring experience and 12 years of teaching English and Mathematics in MOE schools, I bring both classroom expertise and personalized support to help students succeed.

Currently still teaching in MOE schools, I am well-versed in the MOE syllabus and marking schemes, ensuring that my lessons are aligned with school expectations. My students benefit from structured lessons that focus on building both content mastery and exam techniques.

I also run a reading program for Primary 1 and 2 slow readers, helping them develop essential literacy skills at their own pace. As a MOE-trained teacher in supporting students with special needs, I adopt differentiated strategies to ensure every child feels confident and motivated.

In addition, I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham and Spalding approaches, both evidence-based strategies for teaching phonics and reading. These methods are particularly effective for preschool learners and students with special needs, providing them with structured, multisensory ways to strengthen their reading foundations.
