As a teacher for years now, I always assess my students learning style first before conducting a class. It's a perfect way to know what kind of learners I am going to teach. I use student-centred teaching style I want them to express themselves during and after the topic being discussed I let them communicate so that if there's a need to correct they're reading, or grammar I can give feedback regarding with it right away.
