Learning shouldn't just be answering questions and doing past papers. It's boring and dull. Personally from my 8 years of work experience in Hong Kong both in tutorial centres and kindergartens, the most effective way to gauge the interest of pupils into learning English is to create a fun environment, bringing in real life examples and situations.
