Hi there, I am a fresh graduate with a degree in biochemical engineering who also did IBDP, and as such, I am very familiar with the IBDP curriculum. I am very passionate about teaching and I can ensure that every lesson I give is engaging and also highly beneficial to your learning.

Matthew is currently a second-year student at The University of Hong Kong’s graduate entry program in the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Prior to HKU Medicine, Matthew graduated with a First-class Honor degree from the University of Warwick in Biomedical Sciences as well as studied in Hong Kong at HKUGA College. Matthew obtained an A-level A* equivalence in his Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics at HKDSE, and has one year of tutoring experience in Biology and Chemistry. Matthew is passion in tutoring, and finds joy in breaking complicated, abstract concepts into simple understandings. Aspired to inspire students into learning science in a fun way and to grow their experiences. I am an outgoing and energetic person who is willing to put in the hard work to ensure the student reaches their best! I am able to tutor Biology from Grade 8 to Post-graduate university level. I am also willing to help students with their Maths and Statistics. If required, I can also tutor Grade 8 to Grade 12 Geography. I have a PhD in Biological Sciences from UCT and have been teaching, tutoring, and demonstrating on universtiy level biology courses for the past 7 years. Broadly, I have been engaged as a tutor or member of community outreach programs for more than a decade. I have experience in tutoring in person and over online platforms. I also have experience tutoring students where English is not their first language and where students have severe learning difficulties. Hello! I am a newly graduated medical doctor who has just moved to Hamburg to hopefully practice here one day. In the meanwhile as I'm learning German, I have been tutoring students in Biology, Chemistry and other science subjects in a broad spectrum of fields at different levels.
