Hi! I'm Ciara, and I'm in my second year of a Bachelor of Forensic Science at UTS. I am extremely passionate about science in general and am enthusiastic about extending my knowledge to students who may be looking to achieve higher marks or even pursue a career in science themselves. If that sounds like you, and you live in the South-West Sydney region, then I'm the perfect tutor for you! My teaching style will involve using the curriculum for the subject you wish to study, as well as work provided to you by your teachers to fortify your knowledge and allow you to meet the goals that have been set by them so that you can achieve the highest marks possible. I'm willing to take on any students that need help with general science classes, as well as high school biology and chemistry. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my degree, I am unable to teach physics, but am highly qualified for the other subjects mentioned, with consistent achievements of Distinctions and High Distinctions throughout my university career. I have a strong command of these subjects both verbally and practically. I have previous experience teaching at the school level in different schools in Pakistan, as well as experience as a private tutor. Hello I am a life science tutor that resides in Khayelitsha, Capetown. My tutoring journey started in 2008 where I worked with Funda Fundisa tutoring organisation. From this experience I learnt that that student relate better to tutors, maybe due to small groups and also the lack of pressure to perform. Life science, I believe it is not supposed to be difficult as we and nature around us are practical experiments. I have grown the love of Life Science through my highschool teachers and my university lectures, it was not taught in drudgery but in an interesting way.
