I am an experienced Math teacher. Ive been teaching Mathematics for 22 years in my country and one year here in Hong Kong.

I am born and raised in Cape Town I studied Psychology and Interpersonal Communication for 5 years. I am well spoken and believe in building lasting professional relationships. No question is stupid and I believe knowledge is power. I enjoy people and have worked hard at turning my weekends into a strength. Patience. I believe in being positive, strong and never giving up no matter what.

As an Instructor in Higher Education I have over 14 years of experience and still think of myself as a life-long learner. Also, I am more being cognitive of the skills acquired over the years are those that are transferable to other adult learners. It is important to have student’s mindset to engage in critical thinking, know the importance of excellent communication skills, and how these foundations are needed to achieve personal and professional goals in life. I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Anthropology and Psychology, having graduated the former while working full time at the University of Cape Town. I am currently studying towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Education. Given my study history as well as my involvement and management of a range of commercial and voluntary projects, I am always looking to interact with individuals and groups aware that in an ever-changing society, sustainable impact and change is the best way to make a contribution to others. I am passionate about English comprehension and literature as well as Life Skills and Social Science and would love to share both my knowledge and enthusiasm through tutoring sessions. I am located in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town South Africa, am willing and able to travel to both individuals and groups as well as to conduct online instruction.

I am also an author, as I love writing, and have pubished short fiction online and on Amazon, and have recently co-authored a 600-page novel, which is also available on Amazon.
