Hello. I'm Dr Lucy, an Emergency physician and IELTS coach from Sydney. I completed my medical degree in Sydney and have been working as a Doctor in the emergency and pediatric department for 6 years. Teaching has always been my passion and I have experience with a wide range of students, from children with learning difficulties to adults who are sitting their IELTS. I am also experienced in teaching young children phonics through story telling and songs. I have been tutoring since 14 years ago and have held numerous workshops and courses for IELTS and also taught ESL students. My tutoring sessions are tailored to each individual student and their goals. My name is Jaydene and I am an English teacher with IELTS certification and Teaching certification for students with special needs I hold a PGD in early childhood education. I worked at a private institution teaching the IGCSE curriculum to learners from years 1 - 10, as well as adult students preparing for IELTS and SAT exams. I worked with a variety of students including special needs, and students of many ages and backgrounds. When doing lessons with me, students will soon understand my methods of teaching are in accordance with what I feel is better suited to them as an individual, I keep my lessons fun so that I keep my students involved and interested in my lessons. For my younger students, I will follow lessons custom-made to suit their individual needs. I involve some Montessori methods when teaching as I believe it is a wonderful way to keep young students interested and involved. We use whiteboards and colored markers, threading laces through letters and Playdough to make letters of the alphabet and so much more. With my Adult students who are preparing for IELTS or SAT exams or just wanting to learn English as a second language, we go through Modules that are custom designed for each student's needs that will include speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I will discuss my student's progress and where I feel they need to focus more in order to help them succeed in their goals.

Being a warm and compassionate has really helped the children's and young adult's confidence as they have someone to nurture their adventurous, creative tendencies. I have worked with SP International Kindergarten for four years and they truly helped develop my logistical skills managing school events and delegating tasks and responsibilities to my peers with specific deadlines. I am fluent in three languages which gives me a unique insight into the mind of an ESL learner. I have been able to use my journey to better empathise with the process of learning, I structure engaging lessons which stimulates a strong bond between having fun and language connection.

I mainly teach basic english or english for children up to the 8th grade, I can also help with more accuracy with the use of the english language.

As a native English speaker based in Bangkok I will be able to teach you all the different aspects of the language: grammar, accent (American), vocabulary, etc. I have received high scores on both the IELTS and TOEFL so I will be able to prepare you for these tests as well.

I did my A-Levels in Tonbridge School UK from 2017-2019 and I've had multuple experiences in helping my students achieve what they want through tailored lessons with them. I am enthusiastic in History, Economics and Music, and would be open to teach these subjects up to A-level standards! Hello! I graduated with a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Bahrain in January 2020, and have since been tutoring English online to students of varying ages and English proficiency levels. I recently worked as an IELTS trainer at an institution and have garnered copious past papers for practice, a digital textbook, workbook, videos and audio to help my students achieve their target scores. I enjoy relaxed classroom sessions as well as tutoring older teenagers and adults who are genuinely passionate and interested about learning and improving their skills. I do not, however, do your assignments for you. I don't mind proofreading your original work to fix any grammatical errors though.
