Born and raised in Hong Kong. I have lived in the U.K. and U.S. for more than 10 years. I speak fully fluent English, Cantonese, and some basic Mandarin. Trained as a scientist and researcher (post-doctoral training). Other relevant teaching experience include: as a tutor at tutoring centre (H.K.); as an assistant teacher in instructing university/college level physical geology and geochemistry (U.S.); an instructor for college freshman and high school women in science and engineering students (U.S.); as a mentor for more than a dozen of undergraduate and postgraduate students for their research projects (U.S.). Hello! I am a graduate student at the University of Hong Kong (HKU) with a degree in Economics and Finance. I have over 9 years of tutoring experience (HKDSE, GCSE/GCE, IB), and I believe that a comprehensive understanding of the concepts and regular exercises are vital.
