I teach the English language and am proficient in developing new lessons and activities to expand learning opportunities, as well as imparting conceptual knowledge. I provide individualized instruction to ensure that all students are operating at an expected skill level. Additionally, I identify and organize field trips to enhance the curriculum and meet with parents to discuss progress as well as address any behavior or mastery issues. I am quite interactive and patient with my students and plan modules as per the individual need of the student. While I am result-oriented, I also focus on the approach to a particular problem.
