I am a big fan of task-based learning where I use interesting, relevant topics blended in activities/tasks to help students improve all four skills. Using real-world situations occasionally makes the process more meaningful. My instructional strategies include retelling, discussions, oral presentations and games that set the stage for experiential learning. I promote independent learning through journaling or reflection writing. I can confidentaly use ed tech like Google Classrooms and Quizlet. Read less
