I start off trying to understand the learning objectives of my students and create a lesson plan for them to reach new milestones in their reading/writing/oral comprehension and expression. The students can provide their feedback on their preferred learning style and I will accomodate. I will provide feedback at the end of each lesson on areas done well and areas for improvement.
