Currently an Elementary Homeroom Teacher at an American International School in Kuwait, where I work with a diverse group of international and local educators, students, and families. I am also a former British International school and public school homeroom and EAL teacher who received the Hong Kong Outstanding Prospective Teachers Gold Award as well as two teacher training scholarships. I hold a Bachelor of Language Education from The University of Hong Kong, as well as a teaching credential in IB, TEFL and TESOL, and Finnish STEAM Education for STEAM for Primary and Secondary Teachers. I have a strong background in classroom management, responsive classroom, inquiry-based, and hands-on learning. My professional interests include equitable teaching practices, learner diversity, student agency, educational psychology, and working with English language learners. In addition to playing lacrosse for the Hong Kong National Women's Team, I possess 5 years of certified sports coaching experience and have coached teams in both domestic and international tournaments.
