Nice to meet you! My name is Kate and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy at Erasmus University Rotterdam. I graduated from the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program in Grenaa, Denmark in 2020. Prior to that, I obtained an International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program Diploma from Riga State Gymnasium No. 2 in Riga, Latvia.

During my academic journey, I developed a strong passion for mathematics and biological sciences. In my final two years of high school, I dedicated my time to volunteering as a tutor for refugee children in Grenaa, Denmark. Drawing from my own experiences as both a tutor and a student receiving tutoring during my early schooling, I deeply understand the dynamics and rewards of academic support and achievement through diligence.

Furthermore, I have expanded my knowledge in educational psychology by completing two courses during my Bachelor's studies. These courses have equipped me with valuable insights into effective tutoring strategies, enhancing my ability to support and empower students in their academic endeavours. Read less
