I handcraft my teaching style depending on the demands of the student. Rather than rote memorization, I employ hands-on guidance and exercises to ensure that students can grasp basic concepts. I always go at the pace of the student, and I do not hesitate to stop and explain concepts if the student does not understand. I observe how students learn best and adjusting my methods accordingly if I do not find them effective. Read less
