Hello! I am your online English tutor/ teacher, Meljolyn, or you can call me Miss Min from the Philippines. I am a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English. I am currently teaching as a private tutor for Kindergarten and Primary students. I also teach students from other countries like China and Hong Kong, SAR online.

Teaching is my profession. I am passionate and enthusiastic about teaching and at the same time learning cultures from my students. Having students who enjoy and improve in speaking English are some of my biggest accomplishments as an educator.

Teaching online is challenging. I need to get my students' attention during class. To do this, I start by preparing a warm-up online game or a warm-up song. Next, I ask warm-up questions about their day before moving into a lesson review. I also prepare some easy tasks to help my students feel excited about the lesson. I provide rewards and conduct spelling and critical thinking games related to the lesson. Finally, we wrap up the lesson. Read less
