Q: What age range of students do you usually work with?

I have worked around students in age range of 6 years to 15 years

Q: How do you approach lesson planning and preparation?

There is a few guidelines I follow before commencing lessons for students First and importantly it is to be able to understand your students & their individual learning levels Secondly a clear set of goals to achieve should be set It is also important to set a timeline to ensure the lessons advance and progress in training is achieved It is best to make trainings interactive and to incorporate along side training the different learning styles Using technology will aid in focus from student's end

Q: How do you measure progress and assess learning outcomes for your students?

This can be achieved in both direct & indirect measures. Direct measures include Homeworks, Quizzes, Éxams, Reports , Essays, Projects and so on Indirect measures incorporates course evaluations, student surveys, course enrollment information, student placements.

Q: Do you provide regular homework and assignments, and how do you review and provide feedback on student work?

Effective feedback is: timely, targeted, communicates progress positively and gives students the grounds to practice plus implement feedbacks received.

Q: What technology or resources do you use to enhance your lessons, particularly for online sessions?

Tools like creating a blogging site, using other tools like Google Classroom or creating a standalone website, using zoom or MS Teams for live interactive classes.

Q: Do you provide any additional support outside of scheduled lesson times, such as answering questions via email or phone?

Yes if the requirement arises and based on time availability for such additional support.

Q: Do you have any specific strategies for motivating students who may be struggling or disengaged with the subject material?

It can be done so by following some of the methodologies below : Building Curiosity : putting forward the fact that what they are learning can be useful in their daily life, sparking their curiosity Promoting Ownership : Offering choice and control rather than being monotonous Treating them as adults allowing them to choose topics, projects and presentation formats. Breakdown : Splitting tasks into small manageable steps that engage their attention rather than kill them with boredom

Q: Do you have experience working with students with learning differences or special needs?

Yes to a certain extent. Some of the things that can be looked into are : Engage interests: Try to incorporate students' interests as much as possible to enhance engagement plus motivation. Differentiated instruction: Streamline teaching methods and materials used to accommodate individual learning styles and preferences.
