Q: What age range of students do you usually work with?

10-18 years old

Q: How do you approach lesson planning and preparation?

I usually ask students/parents what topic they want to work on and based on this I check with their syllabus. I then create learning materials and condensed notes based on textbooks, online resources and my own knowledge.

Q: How do you measure progress and assess learning outcomes for your students?

I verbally ask/quiz them to check for understanding from time to time. I make lessons interactive so I can measure their progress while I am teaching.

Q: Do you provide regular homework and assignments, and how do you review and provide feedback on student work?

I can provide regular homework depending on the student's preference and needs. I mark the HW against answer keys for maths and provide detailed feedback explaining where mistakes have been made or where improvements can be made. Homework can include practice questions, making mindmaps or condensed notes, past paper questions etc.
