I have a Ph.D. in Philology and am a native Russian speaker born in Moscow, the capital of Russia. Therefore, I can apply my knowledge of language methodologies to teach Russian. I have also tutored foreign students in Russian for many years.

Russian is my native language and is one of the most beautiful and amazing languages in the world. It is the language of great writers, poets, actors, artists, philosophers, scientists, musicians, and humanists. In addition to teaching, I have held lectures on the theory of language, history of language, psycholinguistics, and sociolinguistics.

I have been teaching Russian to students from different countries while living in Moscow, and they have always succeeded. When I moved to the US, I created my own Russian online course, which is suitable for beginners who are curious about the language and would like to try communicating with Russian relatives, as well as for experienced learners who want to improve their knowledge and read Leo Tolstoy's books.

I am very personable with my students and can adjust my course to meet anyone's needs.

We will use authentic materials as well. All materials are provided. You will learn conversational skills, formal writing skills, and test taking strategies all in a fun manner.
