I'm Neeraja Chinthala, a 30 year old female with a true passion for mathematics and science. I have been teaching/tutoring for 7 years now and have had great success with my students, ranging from elementary school to high school. This included providing one-to-one, small group and whole class instruction to students with learning disabilities and emotional disturbances.
I possess excellent written and oral communication skill to explain concepts in a clear, concise and easy-to understand manner. I am able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend classes. 3. Checking to see if I have been understood.
4. Asking a student to explain back to you the steps that were needed to solve a problem.
5. Looking for opportunities to encourage and affirm the student’s work.
