My method is student-centered, process-based, and scaffolded—I want students to see writing as both a tool and a creative outlet.
I help students by teaching grammar, spelling, and punctuation through their own hobbies ,for example , I show them how to learn vocabulary in different styles if they like singing or listening to music,focusing on patterns, and giving targeted, encouraging feedback.
It depends on students' preference.I usually practise customised teaching styles based on students' types.
Traditional teaching style doesn't encourage critical thinking but modern teaching styles urge students to get answers through their reflective process of learning as I mentioned above.
IPA is the best way to practise standard pronunciation.
Motivation is the best way to enhance the confidence then I can inspire my students to have self-esteem for their potential skills
Why not ? That's what a tutor needs to do. Thinking differently is one of the best approaches to suit students' needs.
Just to clarify their own interest then follow with what they prefer to do.
I don't know your school, to be honest, but I am one of the best teachers who was cherished by many students and parents.
There are lots of guidelines or guided materials even if you're new to some exam preparation classes but experience speaks louder if you're proficient.

As I mentioned above, teachers are doctors who have to approach the students based on their needs.
That's not difficult thing to do as well .There are different ways to catch up with students' preference.
Based on their styles.No professional teacher will do same style to different students.Everything needs to be customised based on their taste.
