Hello! I'm Naledi, I am 24 years old and from Johannesburg but i live in Cape Town. I have a degree in English and History which are two subjects I have been passionate about since primary school. I like to read classical novels and watch movies set in the olden days, I like to hike and go to the gym or just hang out with my friends. I am interested in teaching history because I believe it is an important subject to familiarise oneself with, not just in school but for life. I believe it to be more than a subject and a part of life that more people can come to appreciate and find a genuine interest in. Read less

I do not have any long term teaching experience with history. I taught for a brief time in high school during our outreach programmes where kids from other schools would come to ours and we would help them with their homework, I helped with mostly English. I think history should be taught in a way that is interactiveand fun, a conversation or a story that connects one period to another and to now. Read less
