Teaching should be fun, and kindness and patience should be dominant when relating to the student/participant. I guide students to identify their weaknesses and facilitate solutions to problems based on a lesson plan designed specifically for that student.

At the end of the session, the students should feel good about their accomplishments and wish to return. My confidence is based on my experience in teaching teenagers and adults, some of whom are hardly literate, so lots of visuals may be used. Read less
